Event Browser Does Not Show Any Results in a Particular Scenario.

On : 220.127.116.11.0 version, Customer Center
Event browser does not show any results in a particular scenario.
Issue can be reproduced with the following steps
1. Launch the Event Browser (from File Menu: Edit/Event Browser), search for all events for the Active status; see that there are approx. 300 events returned.
2. Go to the Balance tab for the account and drill through a B1 or Bill in Progress, through the Item Charges, expanding down to a blue click able link to see item Details.
3. Check the box on a row in 'Events Associated with this Item' and click Actions/Event Details to review details of the event
4. Go back to launch Event Browser (from File Menu: Edit/Event Browser), search for all events for the Active status; notice that Events found starts counting up and then the count box closes and NO events are returned.
In Summary - it seems that once you view event details by drilling down through a bill, you can no longer use the Event Browser without exiting and re-launching Customer Center.
