How to Limit the Number of Email Addresses Allowed in the Options "Forward to" Field (Doc ID 2404460.1)

Goal

We are looking for a way to limit the number of email addresses that can be specified in the Options -> Mail -> Local Account -> Forwarding "Forward to:" field. Currently, this field has no limitations so users can specify as many addresses as they want. We are looking to restrict this field to 10 email addresses.

Can this be accomplished through a Convergence customization?
