UnitValue "round" function rounds the amount of digits instead of just decimals

While working on the post rating extension of ECE, the user is setting different values for the tax impacts and they need to set the precision of 5 decimals. For this they are using UnitValue round function to achieve the same. But it is observed that the rounding function is not only setting the amount of decimals to 5, but the whole number.

What was expected was "quantity=819.46756" but the actually they are getting "quantity=819.47".
