Exported CSV File of Search Result Contains Garbled Characters While in Web Client Data Shows Correctly

When opening the csv file exported from Agile Search Result, can see some garbled characters where it is showing as space in Web Client.
For example, where it looks "7 164 " in Web Client is displayed as below:
When opening the csv file exported from Agile Search Result, not to see garbled characters
Encode type set to the Preference tab of the user who is exporting the search result is 'Unicode (UTF-8)'
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Web Client and run advanced search
2. Run Search. In the UI, there is no garbled character in the search result
3. Export to csv
4. Open csv file with Excel, and see garbled character where it should be showing space
