Project Scheduled Services Picker Box Not Searching For EPS ID or Project ID

Searching for an EPS ID or Project ID in the Project Scheduled Services picker box does not return results.
Project ID or EPS ID is found via search.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Access P6 Web
- Browse to Projects drop-down > Project Scheduled Services
- Add Service
- Use the plus (+) next to 'Select Projects'
- Use the search box to search for an EPS ID or Project ID that is different from the Project Name (Sample Data example: "EC00610")
- The search returns no results
