An imsexport list of folders being exported is not properly encoded.

We have a script that does:

  imsexport -f BSD -v 1 -e utf-8 -u $USERID -d $OUTPUTDIR

The directories created representing the folders have the folder names displayed as expected, because of the -e utf-8 option.

On the other hand, the -v 1 output listing the folders as they are being exported does not.

We would expect the -v 1 option to display encoded list of directories.
