ReSA Updating Headquaters HQ Value Of Total Does Not Force A Retotal (Doc ID 2405422.1)

Last updated on JUNE 07, 2018

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Sales Audit - Version 16.0.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Upon updating an HQ value for a total, the system does not change the audit status to 'R' (Retotal).

In any environment, totals are set-up to allow HQ Overrides by auditors. Upon changing an HQ value, noticed that the system does not force a retotal.

This is a design bug, as changing a value of a total could impact the overall O/S Calculation (OVRSHT_S), which has a financial impact.

In the current design, if a user changes the HQ value, he/she must also remember to manually retotal or reset the audit status to see the impact of the O/S calculation.

Expect that the  system should force the audit status to 'R', any time a total value is changed. This would ensure its behavior is consistent with other areas of the application.

Steps to Reproduce ###
1. Interface POS Declared total.
2. Update HQ value of total.
3. Note the audit status remains unchanged.
