Translation is missing for Help (?) icon across various screens in RMS.

For e.g, Navigate to
1. Tasks>Foundation Data>Items>Create/Manage item lists.
2. Place the mouse on the "?" at the bottom of the screen. The following message is displayed ‘items.htm#items_help'.
3. It should be displayed in the current session language.
