P6 EPPM Professional Client crashes at Print Preview

P6 crash - Primavera has stopped working

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log on computer with Primavera client installed.
  2. Log into the Primavera client.
  3. Open any project.
  4. Select File>Print Preview.
  5. Primavera client crashes, "Application stopped working" error message appears.
  6. Click OK and have to restart application and log back in.

The print preview window should open.
