Default Log Files Not Being Appended (Doc ID 2405871.1)

After restart of all servers, the default.log on both Network Tier (NT) servers are never updated.
When the rollover operation is performed in Admin Console in TraceService, java.lang.NullPointerException is received.

In WLNG_NT.log, the following exception is observed:
