Specification of “D1_INIT_MSRMT_DATA_K” table

In “D1_INIT_MSRMT_DATA” table, it seems like the first 3 digits of “INIT_MSRMT_DATA_ID” and first 3 digits of “MEASR_COMP_ID” are the same.
Would you please let us know if our understanding is correct?
The only case they don’t match we could think of is when there is a seeder error and MEASR_COMP_ID becomes NULL.
