Addon Credit Limit Exceeded Signal (Doc ID 2405961.1)

Symptoms

When purchasing deal, there is a signal 11 in CM after a credit_limit_exceeded error.The issue occurs on customers prepaid customer segment.
In case when users balance is lower than the cost of the add-on system throws a SIGNAL 11 in the cm log.And if same opcode is executed via testnap, it throws PIN_ERR_STREAM_EOF instead of PIN_ERR_CREDIT_LIMIT_EXCEEDED and also throws SIGNAL 11 in cm pinlog.

Steps to reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Create a deal with a telco product having 10 Euro purchase fee.
2.Create a prepaid account with Real time Telco Activity plan & credit limit set to 0 & acct adjusted to Cur Bal -10 Euros.

Purchase the deal created in step 1 twice so that credit_limit_exceeded error occurs.

Expected Behaviour:

When a deal/product is purchased through testnap and if user has insufficient funds, system should throw credit limit exceeded error instead of pin_err_eof_stream and a signal 11.
