Delete Buttom On The Comments Tab Is Always Disabled (Doc ID 2406012.1)

When you open a invoice and go to the Comments tab and select a comment, you observe the delete button is disabled.

Steps to Reproduce
1 - Search for invoice in the search screen
2 - Open the invoice and add a comment
3 - Try to delete the comment created
4 . Note that the delete button is not enabled.
