No Access to Merchandise Hierarchy Screen With RMS_MERCHANDISE_HIERARCHY_INQUIRY_DUTY (Doc ID 2406038.1)

Users cannot access Merchandise Hierarchy Screen even after been assigned RMS_MERCHANDISE_HIERARCHY_INQUIRY_DUTY (privilege to access the Merchandise Hierarchy screen and to view all levels of the merchandise hierarchy).

Steps to reproduce:
1.Consider a role which only has one duty - RMS_MERCHANDISE_HIERARCHY_INQUIRY_DUTY.
2. Assign a user to this role.
3. Log in to RMS v16 as this user.
4. Try to navigate to Tasks > Foundation Data > Items > Merchandise Hierarchy.
5. This path will not be available because the Foundation Data task is not present. Based on the role this path should be available.
