OutOfMemory When to Import Affected Items to a Change (Doc ID 2406368.1)

System is down with OutOfMemory error when to run Import.

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Logon Agile Web Cient
2. Create a new Change Order
3. Import 150 Affected Items to this Change
4. After several seconds, Web Client shows "Fatal Exception occured Java heap space" and system is unresponsive.
