After Processing An Activity The Screen Continuously Shows "Fetching Data" And Does Not Reload. (Doc ID 2406528.1)

After processing an activity the screen continuously shows "Fetching Data" and does not reload. We have noticed when users process any activity the activity screen with show the "Fetching Data" dialogue pop-up non-stop until the user either refreshes the page or navigates to a different page. This problem does not always happen but it seems to happen more on activities that have been processed on a Policy that was inserted via AsFile. We have seen it happen with both activities manually added and processed along with activities added via AsFile and manually processed in the app. The one thing we have noticed is when this happens in the logs the app will print the following every 5 seconds until the user navigates off the page "SecurityConfiguration for ESAPI.Validator not found in Using default: org.owasp.esapi.reference.DefaultValidator". I am not sure if this is linked but it is the only consistent thing that happens each time we encounter the error.

Once a user processes an activity the activity screen functions as normal and is not stuck on the "Fetching Data" dialog popup

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On any policy process an activity
*Note this does not happen every time
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users must navigate away or refresh the page after processing any activity.
