Error "Return Authorization is required" While Creating Mass Return Transfer

Getting below error while creating Mass Return Transfers (MRT).
"Return Authorization is required."
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Check Return authorization is not checked in Supplier site.
2. Create MRT.
3. Fill the required fields and select the Return To Vendor(RTV) option.
4. Click on submit or save button.
5. Note the above error.
