Cannot Login After Upgrading to OFSAA 8.0.6 with '[11777] User ID/Password is invalid'

Upgrade to 8.0.6 from 8.0.4 or lower

Symptoms

After upgrading from Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) 8.0.2 to 8.0.6, when attempting to login as an existing user, the following error appears in a pop-up window:

[11777] User ID/Password is invalid.

You know you are using the correct password.

Checking the SMSService.log in $FIC_HOME/logs, the following error exists:

In the SMSService.log, there are *no* errors indicating a decryption error like "Exception while trying to decrypt string :javax.crypto.BadPaddingException".
