PPM Issue - Projects Fields Are Not Getting Saved (Doc ID 2406795.1)

Customer has an update title block event on the PPM Project, when user Activate the project, the post update title block event does update some fields based on some fields value.

Issue: Update title block event is working as expected but the issue is whatever the Page-2 fields we filled manually before saving the project getting removed from the fields automatically after saving the project.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure the event , handler and subscriber
2. Update the title block
3. Issue occurs

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use update title block event
