Error: "NullRow has not values" When Attempting to Login to P6 Professional (Doc ID 2407059.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to login to P6 Professional, after entering username and password and clicking 'OK', the application fails to launch and the following error is received:

ERROR:
Executable: PM.exe
Application: Primavera P6 Professional R15.2
Event Code: CVRGV-0450-0
Message:
TCCustomVirtualRow.GetValueList: NullRow has not values

We have tried to move her to different locations / PCs but get the same issues

STEPS TO DUPLICATE:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Launch P6 Professional.
  2. Enter username and password.
  3. Click OK.
  4. Observe application does not launch, instead, the reported error is received.
