Steps to reproduce
-------------------
1) Open an account
2) Purchase a deal which has cycle forward event
3) Override the amount with value 10000.00 by providing this value in the "Override recurring fees" box.
Expected Result
-------------------
Cycle fees amount should be overridden with 10000.00
Actual Result
-------------------
Cycle fees amount is not getting overridden with the user input .
