Symptoms

On Unifier : Any Version Prior To 18.6 : Mobile App

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The CC receiver cannot get the message when there is a CC person in the workflow process on Unifier APP

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The CC receiver should get the message when there is a CC person in the workflow process on Unifier APP

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login mobile app
  2. Accept the task
  3. Add cc field is not available on mobile app
  4. Send to next step
  5. User on predefined cc list does not receives email

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot send cc receiver message when using mobile app.
