The CC Field Is Not Available on the Mobile App When Moving a Record to the Next Step (Doc ID 2407364.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The CC receiver does not receive an email when a CC person is specified in the workflow process on Unifier Mobile app.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The CC receiver should get the email.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to the Mobile app.
  2. Accept the task.
  3. Note the "Add CC" field is not available.
  4. Send the task to the next step.
  5. The user on the predefined CC list does not receive the email.
