Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Japanese characters that exist in UDFs, show incorrectly after being Exported to an Excel file. For example, the double-byte '(' is exported to single-byte '(' ; and some other exported Japanese chars are garbled.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Japanese characters are correctly Exported to Excel file.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Export Project data including UDF fields to an Excel XLSX file. The Japanese characters in the UDF Type field become garbled.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the correct Japanese characters in the Exported Excel XLSX file.
