On : 2.4.0.3.0 version, ENV - Environment

Performance Issue For Payment Related To Suspense Account

CC&B has trouble loading for Payment related to suspense account.

The following loading time is encountered:
Loading Account in Control Central = 6mins 11seconds
Loading for Suspense Account = 30 seconds
Loading for Suspense Service Agreement = 22 seconds
Go To Payment = 41 seconds
Choosing Payment = 42 seconds

The Financial Transaction for the suspense account is now at 294,272 records

The system shows a SQL type error and it doesn't allow them see the information
of the account.

Can recommend a fix to improve the performance for Payment related functionalities in CC&B?
