Line Item Buttons Missing After Maximizing the Detail Form in Unifier

The line item buttons are missing from the lower form in the Business Process (BP) record when the browser window is in maximized screen mode.
The line item buttons should always be visible.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- In a BP, create a record.
- Maximize the upper form.
- Maximize the browser window.
- Maximize the Detail Form.
- Notice that the buttons are not displayed.
