ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Custom Report does not return data when the input query parameter is set as blank/empty/null.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The report should return data even when the input query parameter is set as blank/empty/null.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps, in this example the report has more than one (1) input query parameter:
- Login Unifier
- Navigate to the applicable work space and open the custom report
- Select one value as the input parameter
- Keep blank as the second input parameter
- Click Report to show the result
- No results are returned
BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot see the report out when second parameter is blank/empty/null
