Symptoms
D1-IMD batch run is taking longer than expected.
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run batch job D1-IMD
2. Compare to expectations in earlier versions for same amount/type of IMDs to finalize.
3. Notice the batch job is taking too long according to expectations.
