Information in this document applies to any platform.
The following error occurs when attempting to install P6 Professional ClickOnce when the .NET Framework prerequisite is not installed on the machine and the ClickOnce URL is protected through SSO:
Setup has detected that the file '%TEMP%VSD5512.tmp\DotNetFX462\NDP462-KB3151800-x86-x64-AllOS-ENU.exe' has changed since it was initially published.
Install log also shows:
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.2 (x86 and x64)' RunCheck result: Install Needed
EULA for components 'Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.2 (x86 and x64)' was accepted.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
- Deploy clickonce to an environment being protected by SSO
- Connect to the clickonce landing page (/p6professionalcloud/en/publishP6.html)
- Authenticate via SSO
- Click Install 64bit which will download the setup.exe
- Double-click the setup.exe
- Click Accept to the .NET license agreement
- Note the error which occurs when attempting to install the .NET prerequisite
