Requested Quantity Cannot Be Edited For Franchise Order When Status is 'In-Progress'

Information in this document applies to any platform.
User is unable to edit the requested quantity for Franchise Orders in Retail Merchandising System (RMS). The only option available is to cancel the order.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Create a Franchise order for store location in RMS.
2.Add an Item to be sourced from a warehouse.
3.Approve the order, the corresponding transfer is created.
4.Open the Franchise Order in Edit mode.
5.Unable to edit the requested quantity, the only option available is the cancellation button.
