Web Callbacks Does Not Give Reason Why Assign User Action Failed (Doc ID 2409046.1)

On : version, Web Callbacks

If a call is assigned to IVR (as configured via the "defaultCallbackAgent" and "callbackInterfaceEnabled" Event Rules ), it cannot be re-assigned to a different user.

Web Callbacks does not disable the "Assign User" button, but, when it is pressed, nothing happe.s

It is expected that pressing the "Assign User" button should either always succeed or give an error dialog if it fails.
