Unable to Remove Manual Input During Stock Count Process (Doc ID 2409390.1)

Symptoms

Users are unable remove manual input of items/UINs during stock count process.

Steps to Recreate:

  1. Login to Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (ORSIM)
  2. Navigation:  Inventory Management > Stock Counts
  3. Take Snapshot
  4. Proceed to count store's inventory/stocks by manual input or scanning of devices.
  5. Notice, there is no way to disable manual input during stock count and only users have to continue by scanning of devices/stocks.
