FRM:40654 Error Occurs While Creating a Purchase Order if there is a Custom Trigger which updates the ORDHEAD table. (Doc ID 2409877.1)

Symptoms

In RMS 14.1.3, The following error occurs while creating the Purchase Order upon selecting the custom flex attributes and after that when the control is returned to Purchase Order(PO) Header Screen. A custom trigger is called to update the ORDHEAD table.

Error: FRM:40654-Record has been updated by another user. Re-query to see changes.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login RMS Application.
  2. Go to ordering => orders => create new order.
  3. Fill the required details in PO Header Screen.
  4. From Options select Custom Flex Attributes. Enter the required details and exit.
  5. When the control returns to PO Header Screen, the above error occurs.
