agilers folder to be created on Managed server after installing PLM Mobile patch
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install Mobile patch on both admin and managed server nodes
2. Check whether agilers folder is created. Can see the folder created on admin server node, but not on the managed server.
