Login To Application Is Unsuccessful After Applying WSC Patch Set 2 ( (Doc ID 2409995.1)

After applying the WSC patch, then trying to login to Application, Login is unsuccessful.

Using Browser client (FireFox v58) , Error 401 is received from WSC SDK in response (successful login generates "response_code": 200).
