Unable to send mobile terminated message
Customers noticed that sending sms message via OSCG failed very often. From the sms log, it seems a lot of errors are generated. This is not the first time the issue has and the customer had to restart AT & NT to make it back to normal status.
Customer would like to know about the root cause and how to prevent it from happening again.
