Corrective Bills Missing Adjustments Done within a Second (Doc ID 2410417.1)

Symptoms

On all versions of Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), an issue exists when generating corrective bills immediately after making an adjustment.  Adjustments made in the same second as the corrective bill is produced are missing from the resulting bill.

Due to the timings, it is likely this issue will be only reproducible by directly calling the BRM opcodes (PCM_OP_INV_MAKE_INVOICE) or by some external system (as opposed to a Customer Service Representative (CSR) using Customer Center).

As a result, BRM deployments on fast hardware must be deliberately slowed/delayed to prevent this issue from occurring.
