LDAP Login Stopped Working After Argus Insight 812 Upgrade (Doc ID 2410505.1)

Symptoms

The LDAP user login stopped working in Insight after 812 patch is applied.

LDAP was working in 811 version before applying 812 patch.

On UI getting 'The system cannot validate your user id or password against LDAP Server'.

The error log shows the following error in database as well as log file.
