ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
After running Full Text Search Index Synchronization, attachment files that are not related to Full Text Search are having

DRG-11611: URL store: unknown protocol specified in

error message on ctx_user_index_errors table.

2. Run below SQL with agile user using SQL*Plus
