ADF Grid Result Layout Is Not Saved For Any User in RESA

As per the Oracle Retail Merchandising ADF Customization Guide in the User configuration
Almost any screen in an ADF application that contains a table of data provide for additional configurability options for the user. This includes the ability to configure which columns will be displayed, the width of the columns, and the order of the columns.
This can be done by dragging and dropping columns on the page or using a Manage Columns widget for more complex moves.
The column addition are not saved when we exit the screen.
Steps to Reproduce :
1.Login to RESA, Tasks -> Store Day Search -> Search for valid store/day.
2.Click View link.
3.Go to Over/Short Totals tab at the bottom. Then down to Accounted For.
5.Click View -> Columns. Check the Total Description column. It's visible.
6.Close the screen, re-do steps as described before but Totals Description field is turned off again.
