In ces_core_inheritance.dat, the base class "tag" inherits from "scada_tag" and "scada_out_tag"
The virtual class "tag" is meant to serve as a parent class for those child objects that will inherit the properties of a tag.
This requires that any item that should be a scada_tag will need to appear as a child of tag and scada_tag. It also infers that every tag is a scada_tag since scada_tag is now the parent of tag.
Ideally "scada_tag" and "scada_out_tag" should be children of "tag" and not the other way around.
The base class "tag" should not be inheriting from any other class.
