Cannot Add Price Line With Same Ship To and Price Effective From Date but Different Qty Row With "Price Line is already in the table" Error (Doc ID 2411085.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Cannot add new Price Line with Same Ship To and Price Effective From Date but different Qty row.
This issue occurs on Price objects which was created from Import function. 

ERROR
Unable to save your changes. You have one error.

Price Line is already in the table


STEPS

1. Login to Web Client
2. Import new Price object
3. From the Web Client go to the Price object that was created from step 2
4. Go to Price Lines tab and click Add button to add 1 row
   
   

   Ship To	Price Effective	Price Effective To	Qty	Currency Code
   Tokyo	05/01/2018		1	USD

5. Click Add button again and try to add another row with same Ship To , Price Effective, Currency Code but different Qty to have Price Break based on Qty
   
   Ship To : Tokyo
   Price Effective From Date: 05/01/2018
   Price Effective To Date:
   Qty : 2
   Currency Code : USD
   
   
6. Click Finish button
   
   Unable to save your changes. You have one error.
   Price Line is already in the table.
