Symptoms

Unable to open Event Details, Trouble Info.

Seeing some strange behavior where you are unable to open the Event Details from Work Agenda. Getting an error saying "Need to select an event" (even when the event is selected). Trying to open the Trouble Info from Work Agenda giving error "ShowCallCommand: Operation failed with exception null".

STEPS
1. Login to WW and open WCE from WW.
2. Open Outages Summary in WCE.
3. Select an NFY or INC event. Try to open Event Details, it fails.

1. Login to WW and open WCE from WW.
2. Open Outages Summary in WCE.
3. Select a NEW event and then a NFY or INC event. Ack button is enabled but doesn't work for NFY, should be disabled for INC.
-or- Select a UAS event and then a NFY or INC event. Ack button is disabled for NFY but should be enabled.
