Blank Pop-Up Appears When Saving Hybrid Interest Rate Code (IRC) When Using Existing Code Value (Doc ID 2411351.1)

On Oracle Financial Services Profitability Management (PFT) 8.0.5, in Rate Management > Interest Rates, when you mistakenly create a "Hybrid" Interest Rate Code (IRC) using the same code as an existing IRC, after entering all of the Hybrid details, weights, From Date and To Date, when you click "Apply", a pop up window appears that is blank with no message.

You expect to get a message stating that "Code already exists. Please enter unique code."  This message appears when creating a non-Hybrid IRC with an existing code value.
