Oracle DIVAnet: Transfer Restores From Backup Site Not Forwarding Rename Options (Doc ID 2411485.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
DIVAnet issued restores from DIVA2 site are not renaming files correctly.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When files are restored from the DIVA2 site due to being unavailable locally, the transfer request submitted to the DIVA2 DIVArchive should forward all request options to rename the file as intended upon restore.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit restore request from MAM with any rename parameters necessary
2. Monitor DIVAnet GUI attempt to issue restore to primary manager and fail due to unavailable instance, then watch transfer request submit to DIVA2 location and complete
3. Relocate to the restore location, and note that rename option doesn't occur for object that was dropped
