Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Baseline "B#" incremented values are being duplicated at the end of the Baseline name.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The Baselines should be incremented off of the highest "B#" value. If "B2" exists as the highest value Baseline name, the next one should be "B3" at the end.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to P6 Pro client connected to an EPPM DB
  2. Create a new Project (Ex: NEWPROJ)
  3. Make a Baseline copy from the current Project (NEWPROJ - B1)
  4. Make another Baseline copy from the current Project (NEWPROJ - B2)
  5. Rename the second Baseline to include "TEST" in front (TESTNEWPROJ - B2)
  6. Make another Baseline copy from the current Project (NEWPROJ - B2)
  7. End result: NEWPROJ - B1, TESTNEWPROJ - B2, NEWPROJ - B2
