UI Crashes on Search Criteria from LOV

When entering a value from the LOV in “Provider Country Region” within advanced search under product service definition the UI crashes. After this issue OHI is stuck and it requires to logout and in again.
Internal Exception: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00909: invalid number of arguments
The expected behavior is the application returns search results (product service definitions with country region group UAE) based on criteria.
