Errors starting Multispeak server on new WLS installation
After upgrading their weblogic server from WLS 12.1.3 to, customer saw these errors in the multispeak adapter's managed server log:

Error 1: <Error> <EJB> <BEA-010026> <Exception occurred during commit of transaction Name=[EJB com.splwg.oms.interfaces.amr.AmrBean.start(com.splwg.oms.common.intersys.hlm.BaseMessageHelper)],Xid=BEA1-0000D9429D3C07E64ED5(1610013223),Status=Rolling Back. [Reason=weblogic.transaction.internal.TimedOutException: ... (log/out to be attached)

Error 2:
<Notice> <Security> <BEA-090078> <User xxxxxx in security realm myrealm has had 5 invalid login attempts, locking account for 30 minutes.>
