Errors starting Multispeak server on new WLS installation

PGE is in-process of migrating from WLS 12.1.3 to
We have NMS up and running as expected (functional testing is ongoing).
However we are have some errors come out of our Multispeak managed server and it is not functioning.

-- NOTE: To the best I can find, this environment does not have user nms_amr defined in the database, deployment, or Weblogic managed server configuration.

Please help identify the source of these issues so we can resolve them and move forward with this installation verification.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start the Multispeak managed server

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use any multispeak adapters
