Business Process Logs Displayed In Query Based Tabs Do Not Display Overdue Records In Red Text

Symptoms

On Unifier : Any Version

Query Based Tabs should Display overdue tasks in red text just as they are in Master Logs, Collaboration Tasks, Business Process (BP) Logs and User Task lists.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier Environment.
  2. Navigate to a Business Process record, open the record and view the Item logs in any Query Based tab.
  3. Note that Overdue Tasks are not displayed in red.
  4. Whereas if you view BP logs or user task lists, overdue records are always displayed in red text making it easy to see their status.
