On : 6.3.0 version, Other

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
Some TNs(telephone numbers) showing PendDisc status Even When The Disconnect Order is Completed

 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
The TNs should be in Unassigned status  in the Telepehone Number Inventory


STEPS
-------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1-Open the Telephone Numbers screen .
2-Search for the mentioned TNs.
3-The status of the TNs shows PendDisc
4-The Disconnect Order is already complete.Flag finished
