On Unifier : Any Version

The Business Process (BP) Audit Log does not capture the BP record Print event.

The BP Audit Log should capture the BP record Print event.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Unifier
  2. Navigate to the applicable work space and open one BP record
  3. Click on: File > Print Preview > PDF/HTML/Custom Print
  4. Click on: OK
  5. Click: View > Audit Log
  6. Notice there is no item captured to the Audit Log for this Print event
