The Business Process Record Printout Event Is Not Captured in the Audit Log (Doc ID 2412695.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Business Process (BP) Audit Log does not capture the BP record Print event.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The BP Audit Log should capture the BP record Print event.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Unifier.
  2. Navigate to the applicable work space and open one BP record.
  3. Click File > Print Preview > PDF/HTML/Custom Print.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Click View > Audit Log.
  6. Note there is no item captured in the Audit Log for this Print event.
